Off to a Great Start!

January is kicking off nicely! I have run 5 of the last 6 days, I plan to run tonight which will put me just over 25 miles for the first week of the month!  Since December 30, I have run everyday except Saturday for a total of 29.19 miles!!  Last night I set out for an 8 mile run...once I arrived at the 4 mile mark (my turn around point) I decided to go a little bit further....I ended up running to Lone Tree Park and back for a total of 9.08 miles and I felt fantastic!!  Let hope for more runs like this in 2013!!!

January 2, 2013, 3.04 miles, 27:08(average per mile 8:55). January 3, 2013, 3.04 miles, 28:33 (average per mile 9:22).  January 4, 2013, 3.14 miles, 29:59 (average per mile 9:32).  January 6, 2013, 9.08 miles, 1:28:38 (average per mile 9:45). Year to date  22.37 miles, average per mile 9:32.
