Wednesday nights run was awesome!!! Roshell and I ran 8 miles, all around Roseville....we started at Sutter Roseville, ran all over, went by Kaiser and back to Sutter...I like that there were hospitals along the way in case we needed emergency care :)
I felt great during and after the run, no soreness at all!!!
January 4, 2012 8 miles, 1:28:14 (average per mile 11:01). Year to date 15.1 miles, average time per mile 10:24
